Residential Maintenance -- Commercial Maintenance Repair Services
Hello Everyone,
Please allow me to introduce myself. Name is Ty, l have been a local handyman for 12 years.
I specialize in residential maintenance, commercial maintenance and household repair. I have worked with banks on foreclosed properties, Real Estate companies, property management companies throughout South Central WI, and just as important your average homeowners.
I am 1099 Contractor, which mean that provides goods or services to another entity under terms specified in a contract or within a verbal agreement. Unlike an employee, an independent contractor does not work regularly for an employer but works as and when required. The specific of agreement is generated through contract stating that the employer will not provide for the following healthcare, workman's compensation, maternity leave, tools reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, services that would be provided to the employer with a schedule in mind, weekly invoice that includes Wisconsin sales tax, a set hourly wage for primary technician with any additional wages for technician based on further discussions and material reimbursement. I do provide my own General Liability Insurance, Work's Compensation, and Healthcare Insurance.
The mean objective is preventative maintenance procedures, and significant maintenance needs addressed in a timely manner. I can develop a schedule to insure satisfactory completion of periodic maintenance services on a timely basis. Also completing any upcoming maintenances need provided by the tenancies.
I have the ability to provide maintenance services for properties throughout several Counties as well as for clients who do not have a property management contract with me. Whether you need repairs for your commercial property, apartment building or private home, I have the experience and the know-how to complete your job honestly and efficiently.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
