Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Madison WI
Contract duration: 12 months with possible extension
Day to Day
Responsibilities:
Main project will focus on Ecommerce and/or Web related work.
Managing MS Project plan
Create and coordinate internal testing plan
External Load testing planning and coordination
Assist in plan for overseeing internal UAT process
Identify process changes needed for post-implementation
Plan for content creation, editing, stylizing and migration for UAT and launch
Training plan for 25 Creative team (with varied needs), customer service and retail personnel
IT Support plan development
Education and Experience Requirements:
Ability to come up to speed quickly
Excellent communication skills with business partners as well as written and verbal skills
PMP highly desired
Scrum Certification and experience
Agile methodologies
Experience in managing several thousand hours in production support
Experience with the following: JIRA, ServiceNow, Beeline, TFS, Guidewire Platform
Ability to work with all levels in the organization
Ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
Strong presentation/facilitation skills
Ability to take initiative and be proactive with skills to work through ambiguity.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Rally
Knowledge of Clarity
Insurance project experience
