Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with the development of specifications for customer-specific functionality when needed.
Develop software based on customer-specific specifications.
Perform internal unit testing to ensure quality of the software.
Install and configure the software for the customer.
Provide Go Live support to the customer in the use of the software and help transition to regular support.
Promptly and efficiently trouble shoot any issues that arise with the software.
Provide prompt phone and email technical support to customers for standard product offerings as needed.
Ensure that urgent support needs are resolved immediately.
Provide prompt resolution of issues.
Complete projects by the assigned deadline.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field with some experience or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports and C#.
Experience in full project lifecycle from design to support, client/Server environment and source code control systems.
Excellent problem solving skills, particularly solving problems, issues or concerns before they occur or become critical.
Desire to enhance existing technology to exceed customer expectations.
Hours/
Benefits:
40 hours/week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
