Seeking a Senior Quality Supervisor to manager the implementation and evaluation of processes, emphasizing those which provide enhanced product quality while positively impacting cost, savings, and production methods.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO 9000 or ISO 14001 setting; implementing and maintaining certifications.
Bachelors Degree in engineering along with 5 years experience in a quality management or supervisory role.
Background in a manufacturing environment using layup molds or large thermoforming molds.
Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt highly desirable.
Duties:
Estimate requirements; prepare annual budgets; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
Establish product specifications and quality attributes; measure production; document evidence; determine operational and performance qualification; write and update quality assurance procedures.
Coordinate with Human Resources in hiring, training, counseling, and discipline.
Manage a quality team of up to 30 employees.
