Production Supervisor Manufacturing
Are you a capable leader in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Are you able to oversee a team of frontline employees responsible for operating and maintaining high speed manufacturing equipment? Our company is looking for individuals to manage relationships and guide production in a fast-paced regulated industry environment. The right individual will be able to maximize efficiencies, coach and train team members and use continuous improvement methodologies. Candidates must be open to relocation.
Key Requirements:
2
years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
2
years of experience in a supervisory/coaching capacity;
Bachelor's Degree
Solid understanding of production processes
Consumer products, CPG, food processing, pharmaceutical experience is a plus;
Willing and able to work flex shifts and weekend rotations;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
Company has multiple locations throughout the Midwest, paid relocation is available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
