Part Time Repair Technician
Madison's leading commercial cleaning contractor is looking for a part time Repair Technician to perform the following duties:
Servicing of equipment
Communicating the status of repair with managers
Troubleshooting repairs, calibrates, and tests various brands of cleaning equipment including floor polishers, carpet cleaning machine & vacuum cleaners
Laundering mops, rags and other items.
Performing general warehouse tasks
Performing light office & grounds maintenance
Coordinating fleet vehicle repairs with vendor partners
The idea candidate will possess the following:
Mechanical aptitude
Technically knowledgeable and skilled in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
Safely use hand and power shop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices
Able to accurately complete service-related documents and paperwork
Good verbal communication skills
Customer-centric attitude and approach
Good organization skills
Required
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum of two year's work experience to include: Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mobile equipment.
