This experienced manager must also drive lean throughout the manufacturing process.
Required Skills:
Minimum of at least 10 years supervision and 5 years production management experience managing a minimum of 3
direct reports, 250
hourly associates
Experienced in JIT, lean manufacturing environment
Previous cellular manufacturing experience
Lean/Continuous Improvement/Kaizan experience
Bachelors Degree or higher is required
