TPM/Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Our client of 35 years employs 500 in several Madison area plants. TPM stands for Total Preventative Maintenance which includes Total Production Maintenance (Involving operator input to Preventative Maintenance). This is a new position. Processes include molding, machining and finishing.
Responsibilities:
Supervise skilled trades people. Plan, schedule (equipment and staff) and execute Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to the majority of equipment within all facilities. Procure maintenance part and supplies as needed. Manage purchasing of all materials, capital equipment and services for facilities maintenance. Objective to get the best all-around service at the best overall cost. Consult and coordinate with plant engineers and others on projects. Do necessary paper work, reports and maintain related budgets. Provide other services as requested by management.
Responsibilities:
5 years of related experience and strong working knowledge of TPM processes and systems. Working knowledge of MS Work, Excel, Google e-mail and docs. Previous experience on a main frame TPM system is a plus. Must have strong negotiation and administration skills. A college degree in business or a technical field is desirable. Strong written and verbal communications are required as well as supervisory experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
