We are seeking a highly qualified Electrical Reliability Engineer for a full-time position in Madison, WI .
The Electrical Reliability Engineer will lead our electrical and communication strategy. This position will be responsible for the successful design, operation and maintenance of the electrical systems at the Madison, WI production facility. All aspects including electrical safety, project engineering, preventive/predictive maintenance, training, energy management, and storeroom functions will be involved. This individual will direct 1-2 salaried supervisors directing 18 union trades associates supporting production, infrastructure, powerhouse, office, and networking systems.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive for results.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other technical field required.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and TPM preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
