Senior Bridge Engineer

Baker is searching for a motivated senior bridge engineer who wants to be challenged by taking on a lead role with major complex bridge projects. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to work on major river bridges, steel through arch bridges, post-tensioned concrete, and similar challenging high-profile projects. The candidate should have an understanding of structural behavior, complex nonlinear finite element analysis, and be willing to lead a team of talented bridge engineers. The candidate would be able to be located in either Baker's Madison or Milwaukee office. The successful candidate will work with structural (bridge) design and plan production for Wisconsin DOT bridge projects. Minimum requirements include:
BS in Civil Engineering; MS preferred
10-15
years' experience in the design of complex bridge structures, 5
years' experience managing WISDOT projects is a plus;
Wisconsin PE or the ability to obtain one; and
Proficiency with Structural Design software such as advanced nonlinear finite element analysis, MDX, RCPier, and others.
