Commercial Assembly Technician/Operator - 1st Shift

RenewAire is seeking a Commerical Assembly Technician with skilled assembly experience to be a key player to RenewAire's steady growth! You will build Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, warehouses and other commercial businesses. Come work for a team that has never experienced a layoff!

Choose your schedule:
Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday OR Five 8-hour days: Monday - Friday
Overtime is VOLUNTARY

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Fabricate our ventilation units and accessories from the ground up according to drawings and specifications
Assure product meets the highest quality standards
Coordinate / cooperate with other assemblers to achieve best overall flow of work on the production floor
Actively identify, suggest and help implement improvements to the build specification, general workspaces, tools and procedures
Promote a safe, pleasant and professional work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in HVAC installation or maintenance welcome
At least 3 years' experience with portable power tools and hand tools
Experience with wiring and/or electrical
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Competencies:
Mechanical Aptitude & Repair skills
Problem-Solving/Troubleshooting abilities
Team-player and self-starter
Pride in producing high quality work with attention to detailEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
