, a property management company specializing in affordable housing, has a full time position open at Capitol Centre Apartments in Madison, WI.
Capitol Centre offers 200 units of independent living, Section 8 housing for seniors and people with a disability.
This unique position will have a dual role - planning events/activities/social programming for the residents and also providing administrative support to a very busy management office.
Administrative support for the day to day operations of the property may include:
leasing, rent collection, section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the property.
The successful candidate's experience must include strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to provide your own transportation.
