Summary:
Oversees the process for documenting metrics definitions and reporting requirements.
Reviews complex SQL code produced by Revenue Cycle Mangement report developers and provide guidance for improving report accuracy and efficiency.
Supports the development of the Revenue Cycle Mangement reporting team and ensures that the team is well-positioned for the future needs of the organization.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESServes as a member of the leadership team providing strategic direction on revenue cycle management (RCM) issues to revenue cycle consultants and liaisons.
Works effectively as a team member in a dynamic matrix environment promoting teamwork within and across the organization by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
Responsible for mentoring and coaching report developers.
Leads complex revenue cycle analytics projects and process improvement.
Coordinates with all operational departments to create new workflows, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries from the assigned region(s).
Partners with SDA/IHT team on revenue cycle initiatives.
Leads long-term planning and implementation for data solutions.
Identifies and solves complex questions and projects in coordination with operational departments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONBachelor s DegreeEPIC CertificationEXPERIENCESeven years' experience, with five years in leadershipPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
