Responsibilities:
Able to perform daily maintenance tasks in an apartment complex environment Appliance repair and troubleshooting is beneficial, not required Electrical wiring is beneficial, not required Plumbing knowledge beneficial, not required Applicants should:
Be able to understand and follow instructions from supervisor Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Be timely and efficient Have interpersonal skills to interact with residents and co-workers Have a valid driver's license and vehicle to use on a daily basis Goldleaf Development will train if necessary Job Type:
Full-time Schedule:
8 hour shift Work Location:
Multiple locations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
