shower pans (ADA, standard, behavioral health, custom sizes, custom drain locations, bariatric), groutless wall systems, vanities, and more interior appliances.
Job Description As a Laboratory Technician at Vendura, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our solid surface materials as well as new products.
You will play a pivotal role in formulating, testing, and improving new and existing products.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting physical and chemical tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including but not limited to spectrophotometers, viscometers, rheometers, and other specialized testing instruments.
Assisting in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for solid surface materials.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product quality or performance.
Documenting test results, observations, and procedures accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements and company protocols.
Participating in the development of new products or product enhancements through experimentation and analysis.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory efficiency, safety, and quality control procedures.
