Manage and oversee commercial drywall/carpentry projectsReview bid requests to scope projects and work with architects, general contractors and building owners to provide solutionsRead blue prints and specifications to accurately bid projectsProvide complete, informative and accurate takeoffs of specified materialsIdentify opportunities to submit alternative optionsSubmit bids in advance of bid deadlinesDevelop client relationships, bid follow up and job trackingManage material procurement and coordinate delivery of materials onsitePerform other necessary functions as required or assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and leadership skillsProficient in project management software and tools3 Years Experience in Commercial Drywall/Metal Framing Construction as a Project Manager OR EstimatorSelf-motivated attitude and coachable mentalityInterested in hearing more?
