Madison, WI (onsite)Required Skills Senior Trainer with a strong experience in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited forensic science processes and FBI Quality Assurance Standards (QAS) Strong in Facilitate implementation of the quality improvement plan.
Hands on experience in conducting comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the current internal section processes, needs, environment to identify and eliminate gaps, waste and low value-added activities.
Seasoned in providing Lean Six Sigma Learning towards a green belt certification for the participants.
able to provide all related course syllabus, lecture materials, books and reference materials Utilize baseline metrics that will allow staff to measure outputs.
Provide a summary report of findings and recommendations for a productivity, process and technology improvement plan to optimize business processes, address inefficiencies and weaknesses in the process flow and environment.
