We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks, with a focus on managing returned mail, updating addresses, and ensuring timely dispersal of emails to the correct representatives.
Main
Responsibilities:
Work through the administrative task list efficiently Manage returned mail by updating addresses and ensuring accurate records Disperse emails to the appropriate representatives in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow Requirements:
No prior experience required Reliable and able to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) would be beneficial
