This position is potentially work from home.
The successful candidate will be handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities, from contacting patients to providing support for staff.
We are looking for a reliable employee who can work well in a fast-paced environment with little supervision and is capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones/return calls/process voicemails Create, maintain, and update client files Schedule appointments Manage staff calendars Process incoming and outgoing faxes Maintain spreadsheets Communicate with staff and clients via email Ability to use office equipment such as:
phone, fax, copier, computer Highly proficient skills in:
Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, verbal & written communication Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate Degree preferred 2
years of office management/administrative assistant experience Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and regulations Candidates must be able to pass a background check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
