Items from our curated, diverse collection of heirloom and organic seeds ship daily to gardeners across the United States.
We are currently seeking energetic gardening enthusiasts to join a small team in our new warehouse.
Immediate openings available for part-time associates, 15-20 hours per week.
Starting pay is $18.

Chief
Responsibilities:
Order fulfillment Ensure smooth fulfillment of customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
Manage customer needs, order queue, packaging, and order shipping.
Inventory Management and Replenishment Lead seed filling operation to meet inventory needs while maintaining high levels of quality control.
Assemble premade seed mixes and garden bundles.
Monitor and maintain product inventory using designated systems.
Assist with seasonal inventory audits.
Help refine operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Support organization and monitoring of office supplies, data entry, filing, sorting, etc.
as needed.
Other duties as assigned to support company goals.
Qualifications:
Efficient, confident, and courteous team player.
Communicates openly with, and accepts feedback from, team members to improve efficiency and achieve high levels of quality and accuracy.
Attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Proficient ability to learn and adapt to new programs and software quickly and masterfully.
Previous experience with BigCommerce, ShipStation and SkuVault a plus.
Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
