Registered Client Service Associate

The Client Relationship Associate is a critical point of contact for all service related needs of clients.
He/she is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships.
The Client Relationship Associate works in a team-oriented environment with Relationship Managers, other Client Relationship Associates, custodians, and the operations department to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.
Provide high quality, high touch service to financial services clients.
Manage new account onboarding including but not limited to opening and facilitation of account funding (WIres, ACH, etc.

).
Manage general account inquiries, maintenance requests, including but not limited to transactions, holdings, balances, charitable gift requests, and tax reporting inquiries.
Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
Provide performance reporting on a standardized basis.
Create client presentations and other ad hoc reporting duties Critical skills and background for this role:
2 - 5 years of financial industry experience.
Series 7 Strong organizational skills necessary to manage working with multiple Advisors and clients at once.
Recommended Skills Coordinating Finance Maintenance Networking Presentations Series 7 General Securities Representative License (Stockbroker) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
