Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and hiring efforts for new hires including conducting interviews, onboarding, and hosting new hire orientations.
Establish and maintain communications with various staff and management.
Maintain various confidential and time sensitive employee records.
Provide assistance to employees including inquiries regarding benefits, events, and other related items.
Work directly with employees and management companywide to coordinate safety training program and activities.
Recommend and administer process improvements.
Conduct job site inspections and accident investigations.
Assist with policy creation and enforcement.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

years of relevant job experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Strong time management, organization, and planning abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
Quick problem solving abilities.
Eager to learn and add long-term value within an organization.
