Responsibilities:
Maintain mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures, and grounds.
Work collaboratively with team members on various maintenance tasks.
Perform duties like paint touchups, unclogging, pool chemical balancing, carpet cleaning, and snowplowing.
Tackle any other maintenance tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential property management.
Basic skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors, and windows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
