8K a year SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and servicing chemical dispensing pumps for laundry and warewash equipment, both on-site at the customers' locations and at Rocket Industrial.
This position will also provide technical support to customers who call in with questions and problems.
This role requires following all internal and external safety guidelines.
The Service Technician will travel up to 85% with rare overnight travel.

Responsibilities:
Handle all needs of laundry customers Build positive relationships with customers Diagnose issues and implement proper solutions Order correct parts, as needed, at best price possible Repair equipment, mechanical and electrical Develop working knowledge of Sage X3 Install chemical dispensers and monitor concentrations for laundry and warewash machines Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA's):
Technical degree, preferred Must maintain necessary certifications to work on specific equipment, as needed.
Five to ten years experience in Service Department repair, preferred Highly analytical/mechanical aptitude Understands math and technical mechanical concepts Must be insurable to travel between locations or to attend conferences, shows, etc.
