This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating order fulfillment, and leading a team of associates.
Key
Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of the Online Grocery Pickup (OGP) service, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready for customer pickup.
2.
Lead and manage a team of OGP associates, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
3.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to the OGP service, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
4.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for online orders.
5.
Monitor and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate changes.
6.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7.
Collaborate with store management to align OGP operations with overall store goals.
8.
Develop strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the OGP service.
Qualifications:
1.
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within a retail or grocery environment.
2.
Excellent customer service skills.
3.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
4.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
5.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
6.
Good knowledge of inventory management.
7.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and to multitask.
8.
Proficient in using computer systems and digital tools.
