As a customer service representative you will enter orders, act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Enter and process customer orders in a timely manner Answer customer inquiries by telephone, fax or email with pricing and product availability Handle customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution; if needed, coordinate efforts with other departments Manage the backorder process and follow up with customers Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer call schedules Sorting driver paperwork, daily Scanning delivery paperwork, daily Take the extra mile to engage customers Perform additional related duties as requested Assist other departments with projects as requested Skills Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Above average computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Work & Excel Job Type:
