Performance Optimization:

Regularly update and maintain web applications, resolving any front-end issues, and ensuring security and compatibility with backend changes.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any front-end issues.
Collaboration:
Work closely with back-end developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, cohesive, and effective web solutions.
Website and application design and development, unit testing, design and code reviews Coordinate work of team members to write, test, and modify Society applications Implement best practices and operational standards in support of core organizational functions Confer with Chief Information Officer, Digital Team leads, Project Management Office (PMO), and other representatives of departments to prioritize development Development of technical documentation and subsequent revisions Development of operational documentation and application training for personnel Provide regular status updates to PMO and stakeholders on Development A focus on continued process and code improvement both within the IT team as well as throughout the agency is required.
This position is expected to participate on cross-functional teams in needs assessment, gathering business requirements, design, testing, implementation and post-production support and evaluation.
