Position Summary As the Executive Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-level administrative support to the Office of Credit Unions including independently managing the calendars for the Director and Deputy Director; independently fielding phone calls and other contacts to distribute and respond appropriately; reviewing and preparing confidential correspondence and coordinating the activities of special committees within the Department of Financial Institutions.
Due to the nature of the work, this position must perform with a high degree of sensitivity and independent judgement.
Salary Information This position is in schedule-range (81-04) with an hourly salary of $22.
00 - $32.
00, plus excellent benefits.
A twelve-month probationary period is required.
Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.
