We're looking for someone who:
Has 5
years of experience in a progressively responsible HR role Is proficient in Microsoft Office and HRM software Has a degree in Human Resources or a related field Is SHRM or HRCI certified Is able to learn new technologies quickly Has superb writing and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Wants to help foster a creative and relaxed work environment Is extremely detail oriented Is comfortable with a rapidly changing environment Wants to grow with one of the world's premier patio suppliers What's in it for you:

Process Company Payroll Maintain Employee Records - contracts, bonus programs, PTO, performance reviews, salary history, resumes, signed documents PTO Management Administer all employee benefits-including management of 401k, on/offboarding, integration with payroll, open enrollment.
Manage administration of entire employee lifecycle from offer letter to separation.
Update and Maintain US and China ORG Charts Company Announcements - new employee introductions, national holiday reminders Recruitment of candidates - write advertisements, post to website, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, manage communication, determine pay ranges, market analysis, communication with head hunters, background checks Policy and Compliance Training and Development of New Employees- Handbook review, tech pack, monthly expenses, travel policy and allowances, flex time policy, Ding Talk training, email set up, ORG charts, office hours, entry keys, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
