Essential Functions:

Essential Functions:
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Assists with training on company systems Maintain human resource information system records through entering new hires, status changes, and terminations; compile employee reports as needed; maintain employee filing system Assist in creating and facilitating training and development opportunities for the workforce Respond to employee relations issues Perform other related duties as assigned by leadershipWe are proud to offer competitive benefits including:

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related work experience 1-3 years' experience in and Human Resources role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple issues simultaneously Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and oral communication skills Successfully pass a criminal background checkEOE/AA Recommended Skills Communication Confidentiality Conflict Resolution Coordinating Human Resources Human Resources Information System (Hris) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
