Provide patients with estimated costs for upcoming services.
Assist patients with setting up a personalized plan to resolve both their outstanding charges and estimated charges for scheduled services.
Help patients apply and review UW Health Financial Assistance applications.
Education :
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred - Associate degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field Work Experience :
