Description:
Our client is looking for a Data Warehouse Analyst professional responsible for leading and facilitating the communication with IT staff, business customers and other stakeholders from a wide array of backgrounds, implementation services, and support services to assist in the development, implementation and support of business intelligence.
The client requires someone who can conduct complex work important to the organization.
Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Tasks/Responsibilities Provide support for data warehousing initiatives and monitor data warehousing system to ensure reliability and accuracy of information loaded into the databases.
Analyze the logical and physical database models and ensure models are in accordance with standards.
Generate and prepare reports to support business objectives.
Perform analysis and testing of relational databases and investigate any data load failures or data retrieval issues.
Document and speak competently to business objectives, gaps, needs and problems.
Once documented, can leverage the knowledge and materials to help the IT team devise product and process solutioning that can be delivered to meet the defined needs of the business users.
Works closely with the business users to document business processes.
Focuses on specific business user needs such as how data is to be summarized, used in day to day operations and formatted in reports and dashboards.
Assists the IT team in the creation of adhoc documentation, including but not limited to; enhancement business requirements, charter contributions, process mapping, data flow diagrams, issue papers, options documents, report/dashboard requirements, requirement traceability matrixes, security assessments and other documents as assigned.
Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives in support of enterprise wide business intelligence.
Manages the balance between business requirements and user expectations.
Strives for a deeper understanding of our customers business drivers.
Uses extensive experience as a liaison between users and technologists to drive requirements into design.
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing processes:
Confers with personnel of organization unites involved to analyze current business procedures, identify issues, and learn specific business requirements, such as how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
Work with the team lead and manager to determine a detailed and prioritized list of objectives and activities for current and future projects.
Responsibilities include project work enhancing existing/new processes through data sharing, configuration, report writing and metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Identify potential technology improvements to be leveraged in support of the business.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans.
Participate in special projects as required.
Demonstrates ability to manage competing priorities across multiple efforts at varying stages within the development lifecycle; keep up with fast-paced schedules; and learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
Independently performs a variety of complicated tasks and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Work independently and with team members to understand database structure, business process and the correlation between the two.
Comfortable in a complex data environment and understanding of data structures.
Ability convey work and results to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Skills Required 5 years - Experience with business requirements elicitation, documentation, stakeholder communication, requirements verification, testing, quality assurance and data analysis activities as primary job responsibilities Willing to participate in and actively document different aspects of the project lifecycle.
Ability to independently analyze, document, and speak competently to business objectives, gaps, needs and problems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
