As our Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our staff receive the ongoing support and training they need to ensure our guests receive the meal they're craving at a timely matter.
We are looking for someone with management experience who is willing to jump in with the team to work late-night shifts as a Team Lead, as well as making sure all aspects of the establishment are organized and prepared.
One of your most important roles is to be on-site and responsive to the ongoing questions and needs of our staff and customers, as well as demonstrating a calm and personable demeanor during peak business hours.
Jobs Roles and Duties Willingness to build relationships and work alongside Conrad's team; takes on Lead Cook/Cashier role during game days and weekend late-night shifts Managing and overseeing inventory and putting away weekly orders Being masterful in conflict-resolution and responsive to the daily customer and staffing questions and needs Demonstrating composed leadership during peak business hours Oversees the hiring process; training new cashiers and cooks Maintaining safe, sanitary kitchen environment and equipment, as well as contacting vendors as needed Managing and scheduling a team of about 18-20 employees Able to understand business metrics, works alongside company accounting and leadership Necessary Skills and Qualifications Quick/Casual Food Service Experience Preferred 1-2 years management experience required Skilled at responsive problem-solving pertaining to customer and staff needs Cooking and kitchen experience strongly preferred Fosters a positive attitude and team-based approach to management Must be available to work weekday/weekend evenings (6pm-3am) Availability on Thursday-Saturday evening shifts is required Willingness to jump in to cover shifts as needed Benefits and Perks Total compensation range ($45,000-$55,000) Baseline compensation ($45,000) Performance bonuses/profit share (Averages $5k-$10k/year.
