Data Control Analyst (Remote)

The incumbent develops and executes system solutions to enhance file processing activities and initiates data validation procedures to ensure data file processing meets downstream criteria by various business process recipients.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel Excellent technical knowledge and able to communicate technical language to non-technical associates Proven track record of process improvements and ability to effectively document procedures Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and collaboration skills Ability to apply sound judgment to make good decisions, including appropriate prioritization of work Job Requirements:
BS degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, or related field or equivalent trade off with professional work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial products, systems, and operational support such as data providers, loan origination systems, lending insurance operations/support and other operational process areas.
Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, planning, prioritization and organizational skills shown in previous work assignments.
Ability to clearly navigate complex customer data sources to retrieve relevant business information.
Must have in-depth knowledge of customer key data across multiple data domains or business unit.
Expert knowledge on multiple source systems and the data they generate Ability to make rapid changes to processes, service and position as needed Demonstrated ability to effectively build business relationships with internal and external customers.
This must include strong influencing, persuasion, relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and within deadlines Ability to communicate (written & verbal) up and down organizational structure regarding data requirement needs and gathering approaches.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
Access experience preferred SQL experience preferred Advanced XML mapping experience preferred #LI-Remote Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
