ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and various layouts to determine dimensions of structure or form to be constructed Accurately measure distances and/or materials such as boards, timbers, plywood, etc.
to required size Cut or saw materials to required size using handsaw, power saw or woodworking machine Anchor and brace forms and other structures in place Erect forms, framework, scaffolds, hoists, roof supports, chutes, etc.
Assemble and fasten material together to construct wood and/or metal framework Install rough door and window frames, subflooring, and temporary supports as needed Ensure measurements are accurate and material is plumb/level REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Effective time management Exceptional written and verbal communication Critical thinking/problem solving Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic math skills Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Able to stand for long periods of time Able to bend, crouch, twist, kneel, reach, etc.
Able to safely lift/carry up to 50-75lbs as needed Requires exposure to high places Requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions Able to complete various repetitive movements General knowledge of building and construction Valid driver's license strongly preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States APPLY ONLINE:
