Senior-level leadership role responsible for defining and leading adoption of the Nordic software development architectural platform(s) supporting software, application, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions within the Software Development organization.
Key Responsibilities The Lead Enterprise Architect will have the following
Responsibilities:
Define and ensure adoption of the architectural platform(s) supporting software, application, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions Evaluate existing software solutions, applications, data warehouse and business intelligence assets to assess the present-state of each asset Establish road maps for existing software solutions, applications, data warehouse and business intelligence assets to achieve near-term and long-term goal state Interact with key internal and external stakeholders to understand the demand/need for new and improved applications; tools; solutions and services Assist with coordination of delivery efforts across the Software Development organization Participate in the creation and execution of solution product roadmaps Stay engaged with development and delivery teams thru the implementation lifecycle Assist with ensuring near-term and long-term roadmaps provide clarity from the following perspectives - Capability(s); Timeline; Level of Effort; Cost Engage and maintain relationships with strategic vendors and partners Collaborate with internal leaders and domain experts Collaborate with members of the IT and Global Business operational teams.
Skills and Experience 15
years experience in Healthcare IT; with direct involvement in Payer and/or Hospital/Health System/Practitioner deployment of business operations, processes, procedures, solutions, applications, data models and business intelligence Track record of working directly with business stakeholders, vendors and partners thru all phases of an engagement Track record of successfully implementing, delivering, maintaining, enhancing and supporting solutions and services to internal and external stakeholders Track record of Proven fiscal track record of delivery (on-time and on-budget), including managing expectations/scope, demand v capacity, cost-benefit, BIA, ROI Track record of Managing large, diverse, remote - teams (employees and consultants); vendors, stakeholders Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims Post-secondary or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field required Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of internal customers Detail-oriented with ability to dig into the weeds while keeping the big picture reporting goals in mind Demonstrated success establishing rapport quickly and collaborating within an organization Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently across all levels of an organization, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and within a team environment Excellent interaction skills, collaborative work style, and interpersonal skills Additional details Working in Madison, WI, is not required.
Travel to the Nordic offices, or client offices, may be required at times.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
