Manager Professional Services I
Job Purpose:
What does a great Professional Services Manager do? As Manager of the Professional Services team for File Exchange, you will help Fiserv to provide our customers with a solution for data transmission and maniputlation for both domestically and internationally. You can look forward to:
o Providing sophisticated problem solving, decision making, and broad, technical skills within one or more functional areas are prerequisites for this level of job. o Using diplomacy and the authority to influence or determine outcome or resolutions. o Identifying and coordinating resources across business lines to achieve objectives and meet client needs. o Pinpoint resources and develop opportunities for staff to expand knowledge and skills into a focused project management organization. o Evaluates employee performance on difficult work assignments and recommend development opportunities as necessary. o Demonstrates the ability to outline a basic strategy for incorporating and instilling the company's vision and mission, goals and/or objectives. o Runs workflow/approvals of projects within Fiserv tools. o Establish client standards for implementations/projects. o Provide client reporting/updates at business reviews. o Makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment. You're the type of person who has:
o Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans. o Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities. o Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment o Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments o Ability to collaborate with clients in support of overall project oversight, escalations, and to build/strengthen partner relationships. o Ability to provide input from clients for product enhancements/print facility operational improvements. o Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement practices that promote a culture change. o Adapts different possibilities to build and lead a new course of action Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent o 5
years progressive management experience, including large-scale program and project management and personnel management. o Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project and or Microsoft Project Server o Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills o Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction o Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
o PMP and/or PMP preferred. o Strong financial industry knowledge. o Understanding of data management concepts In order to protect our Fiserv community, Fiserv requires all newly hired employees in the United States to be fully vaccinated before their start date.
