This candidate will work with their corporate team to research, plan, train, execute and facilitate operational improvement programs to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, elimination of waste, and key result area improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree
3-5 years in lean/continuous improvement implementation in a lean manufacturing environment
Willingness to travel up to 20%
