We are seeking a self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Application, Development & Support team as an SAP Basis / Netweaver Administrator .
This position will be located at the company's corporate office in Middleton, WI and _ travel is limited _.
The SAP Basis / Netweaver Administrator is responsible for the development and daily operational support and troubleshooting of an integrated and complex SAP environment. This position participates in SAP systems life cycle management and drives monitoring, planning and execution of installations, patches, and upgrades.
The SAP Basis / Netweaver Administrator also offers complex project work in support of the enterprise-wide activities in Corporate Development, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Service Development, Stakeholder and External Services, and Risk Management.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field -OR- 4
years equivalent work experience
5
years progressive SAP systems administration experience on a UNIX / Linux platform
2
years experience on an Oracle database and extensive knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning
2
years implementation and support experience in three of the following: ECC, BW, SCM, SRM, MDM or EP, including at least one full project life cycle implementation experience in a productive SAP system
1
year's experience working in Solution Manager (SM)

Qualifications:
Experience with ERP / ECC 6.0, BI 7.3, PI 7.3, APO / Live Cache, GRC 10 and MDM experience a plus
Experience in Unicode conversion and/or OS/DB migration preferred
Knowledge of networking, distributed computing concepts, server storage systems, disaster recover, business continuity concepts, load balancer (preferably Big Five) and relational database structure
Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, both within and outside the organization
Strong customer focus with an understanding of business processes and needs
Ability to shape and execute strategy across the organization with a focus on quality
