year of experience dealing with internal stakeholders and data entry 2. Experience working in a high pace role (Retail, Coffee Shop, Restaurant) 3. Strong ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). Experience using these products at school is good also Additional Skills: Looking for a candidate that can handle high pressure roles where many things are happening at once. The candidate would be working with 5 applications open at once and flipping between them. A mature individual is perfect and they can be grads from High School or College as long as they come with the maturity to work in an office environment. This position will perform data entry including entering new loan information, documentation exceptions, and clearing exceptions from our tracking system as well as report research. The position is also responsible for reviewing and logging all incoming mail, which includes overnight packages and US mail and preparing and filing UCC documents. Specialized skills include: utilizing multiple PC software applications and ability to work independently as well as with a team. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
