As a critical member of the digital marketing team, this position is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of TDS' online B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. This includes the design and management of web analytics tracking systems to ascertain behavioral response to marketing initiatives; transforming raw data into actionable insights that ensure marketing and user-experience optimization efforts are driving desired outcomes. In addition, it includes the creation, management and distribution of critical marketing and site performance reports (both recurring and ad hoc) using online analytics tools and traditional reporting/analysis platforms.
In addition to collaboration within the digital marketing team, this position involves frequent collaboration with other internal departments to assist with data collection, contextualization, prioritization and reporting.
Analyze website data on traffic sources and patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior and product selection. Work on stakeholder-specific analysis including campaign analysis, customer segmentation, and content/creative optimization. Provide compelling, insight-driven recommendations for improvement.
Create, manage and distribute data and insight via regular and ad-hoc reporting, including statistical calculations, graphical representation and written analysis utilizing online analytics tools (Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics) and traditional analysis/reporting platforms (Crystal Reports, SQL, Excel, Access).
Manage the implementation, maintenance, accuracy and improvement of web analytics data capture, systems and tools, ensuring relevant traffic and that KPMs are captured in order to provide actionable insights. Manage web production/IS implementation on more sophisticated tracking. Will work with the website technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements. Ensure that best practices in data-driven decision making are being exposed to management and core website decision makers.
Work with stakeholders to formulate testing plan, measurement and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing.
Provide operational administration of our web analytics platforms, functioning as primary subject matter expert. This includes leading end-user training, maintaining content tagging standards and building business processes to ensure efficient and reliable tag deployment.
Work with stakeholders and team members to formulate requirements for ad-hoc analysis.
Document all data standards and processes as appropriate.
Assist with internal campaign validation and user testing as needed.
Interact with and support a variety of teams and individuals within the organization to make data-driven business decisions related to growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher OR 4
years professional work experience.
3
years working directly with enterprise web analytics platforms.
Other Qualifications
Proficiency with Adobe Site Catalyst and Google Analytics strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including an understanding of cause and effect and statistical methods available to enhance findings.
Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
Previous experience in one or more roles in an online e-commerce or online support environment.
High level organizational, planning, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with exceptional Excel and Access skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
Mid-level expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies preferred.
Collaborates on creation of project plan and tasks for the team.
Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques a plus.
Ability to leverage mathematical and statistical principles to inform and validate analyses.
Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple fast-paced, high volume projects at once, while being versatile.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to set, follow up on and meet goals and objectives for self and, when appropriate, a project team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
