Ability to independently perform root cause analysis and issue resolution of complex IT issues related to client's hardware and software (e.g., Lenovo Laptops, Apple iPhones, MS Windows, M365). Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives, especially over the phone. Ability to identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL and industry best practices. Nice to Have Skills:
ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar CompTIA A

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
