Summary:
Seeking a reliable and friendly receptionist to join our team.
We are a private general dental practice, focusing on maintaining a friendly and caring environment.
As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive - Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and route as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or front desk role preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures, HIPAA regulations, or medical receptionist duties is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills, experience with electronic dental records or scheduling systems is preferred This is a 3 to 4 days per week entry-level position with competitive pay.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
