Pick 2 to 5 afternoons and pick 4 hours; Pick start time 4:

00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons.
Flexibility in hours when you need it.
ROUTINES:
The afternoon schedule involves any of the following:
help with stretching and strengthening, light housework, light cooking and feeding, driving to some appointments, positioning pillows for sleep.
ABOUT YOU:
you are physically healthy and strong, you have a valid driver license and insurance, you have personal reliable transportation, and, you prefer long-term commitments.
ABOUT ME:
I am an easy to get along with (most of the time) 69-year-old woman who became quadriplegic 10 years ago.
I am mostly paralyzed from the neck down.
My brain continues to refuse to accept that I can no longer engage in my pre-injury activities.
Luckily, I am happy to do anything involving movement like strengthening and stretching.
I thrive on humor and laughing.
