Unlike traditional service providers, NOSS specializes in using technology in people's homes, which is connected to a call center that monitors people's safety and well-being.
In the event that someone needs assistance, NOSS responders are able to respond physically.
Job Details:
Night Owl is looking for energetic employees who want to make a difference in people's lives, and work for a growing company.
Monitors work at the NOSS Care Center (call center).
Monitors (Remote Support Professionals) monitor the technology in homes to assure people are safe and secure.
This involves alarm handling, good interpersonal skills and the ability multi-task.
