Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
- Schedule:
M-F - Outpatient Only
- Travel Position:
Physicians will travel to various SNFs/Assisted living facilities in the greater Madison Area - Primarily Geriatric work
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Full Ancillary Staff
- No Call, No weekends, No Nights
- Part Time or Full time option
- Experience a plus, but not required

$250k as W-2 (negotiable), higher with experience - Additional incentive pay
