Description
- Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes
Profile

- Experience running projects by themselves
- Estimating experience a plus!
- 4 year degree a plus!
