Summary:
Lead healthTIDE communications coordination and execution, including building online assets (website, social media, email, electronic-based maps, partner lists), building network supports (leadership council, all network meetings, video), community engagement, outreach, funder/grantor coordination, academic supports, etc.
Responsibilities ? Establish/maintain an overarching strategic plan (including mapping) for internal and external communications, aligning with and across healthTIDE projects.
? Support and foster relationships with the healthTIDE Leadership Council including becoming the primary source of communications to and within the membership.
Participate in activating and recruiting for the healthTIDE Leadership Council ? Coordinate heathTIDE external communications which include website maintenance and updates and regular social media postings.
? Determine the best platform for updating and maintaining the healthTIDE network partnerships, connections, and e-lists.
? Create quarterly email updates to be sent via email to the network and partners (focused on available funding and grants, school health and wellness, peer opportunities and sharing, etc.
).
? Promote healthTIDE's networking opportunities and convenings (e.
g.
, healthTIDE All-Network Meetings) ? Co-create and implement the plan for dissemination of information across all projects (grants, community data, etc).
? Communications support as needed across multiple healthTIDE projects (which could include emails, scheduling meetings, note-taking, materials, etc.
) ? Develop communications visual, audio, and written materials that support the promotion, education, and implementation of efforts that support partners and communities with healthy eating and active living.
? Conduct one-to-one meetings with partners to build and maintain authentic relationships with community members and organizations/agencies in a way that is culturally humble and responsive.
? Through shared communications, foster collaboration and alignment between organizations, institutions, and community groups to support equity and policy, systems, and environmental change strategies ? Participating in and supporting communications for Healthy Early including leader and partner meetings, and network growth.
? Create healthTIDE materials, such as one-pagers, for Wisconsin-based work supporting healthy eating, physical activity, and healthy communities including policy-maker education materials and funder information (for fundraising/fund development).
? Ensure all communications and materials are culturally and linguistically responsive to the communities they are intended for ? Other duties (as assigned).
Qualifications:
public health, non-profit work, communication material development ? Three to five years experience with internal and external communications.
? Excellent written communication skills as evidenced by a writing sample and cover letter.
? Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field (preferred) ? Proficiency with using social media platforms like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
? Excellent oral communication skills in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.
Including presentations ? Experience/understanding of the following or similar programs:
WIX, Adobe, Mailchimp, Canva, and equivalent graphic design programs.
? Optional expertise in healthy eating and active living, healthy communities, cultural humility, community engagement, and/or policy, systems, and environmental change.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
