Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Food staff and ensure efficient operation of the office - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate patient records - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Manage office filing systems and maintain organized records - Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff members - Assist with event planning and coordination of meetings or conferences - Utilize computer software and applications to perform various administrative tasks - Enter and process orders accurately and in a timely manner Requirements:
