Be part of something remarkable Bring your expertise and knowledge to our Patient and Family Education team! We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
Incorporate evidenced-based health literacy principles into editing of patient/family education materials on a time sensitive basis.
Coordinate administrative aspects of a department including preparation of reports, researching issues and assistance in updating policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.
Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
Coordinate and monitor facility and departmental needs, purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.
Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Education :
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience :
Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
Previous experience in a health care setting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
